For larger quantities, automatic stamping and bending machines with freely programmable bending punches are used. Gutekunst produces prototypes, small quantities and complex contact springs and battery contacts in a two-stage process using laser cutting and forming. In this way, Gutekunst enables cost-effective, efficient and precise production even with small quantities and complex contact springs. In addition to the frequently used material copper beryllium (CuBe), with its high strength and optimal electrical conductivity, contact springs and battery contacts can also be made from numerous other spring steel sheets with additional surface treatment.
